The Morning Peacock is a certain-kill technique. The principle of this technique is to strike the enemy down with countless punches. The user begins punching the enemy repeatedly. The super sonic hand speed of the punches actually causes friction with the air setting a fire then rends the air into a flaming shockwave that destroys the target. This creates a peacock-like fan of flaming chakra around the opponent.
