Centrifugal force, one of the basics when fighting, increases destructiveness. In a normal punch the reason you rotate your arm is to increase the power of your punch. This is one of the most basic techniques in martial arts. In Bōfū Shajiku the power from rotation comes not only from the arm, but from every single part of the body producing a power beyond ones greatest expectations. The technique requires that the timing of rotations from the tips of the toes to the knees, hips, and finally to the shoulders all need to be perfectly synced.
