For some unknown reason members of the Beetle clan are a lot more susceptible to their Karmic Burden then other members of the Kiryuudo. Because of this they have taken to wearing a special type of samurai armor to hold their human bodies in place. The armor is created out of the bodies of their fallen comrades so not only does it hide their appearance, keep them from fully unleashing their karmic burden but it also greatly protects their bodies from damage.
