The user creates a high pitched noise instrument; this noise spreads out over a 15 meter area. The noises vibrations agitates the skin of the enemy causing painful blisters to appear all over their body, keeping up the sound eventually the blisters will pop making the enemy bleed. The technique is normally used to incapacitate surrounding enemies. Their no real way to avoid this attack except get far enough away to avoid its effect.
