The Band of the Fang is a special attack force of elite warriors assembled and commanded by Daigo Mitsurugi for the purpose of controlling Japan and perhaps even more of Asia from within the shadows. With Daigo's army behind them, they serve as the main antagonist group of Return Of The Warrior.

The Band of the Fang are the main antagoninsts of Return Of The Warrior. It was the original name for the first group of masters who developed the styles. When Daigo destroyed the School of the Fang he gathered those who hadn’t yet gained complete control over their styles and resurrected the name.
