This is the most basic technique of Chinjao Bajiquan and allows for a punch to have the "power to reach infinity in all eight directions" after reaching Bajiquan's optimum distance. It is part of the Míng Jìn form. After gathering neijing energy in his fist, user also concentrates it into his legs and because of vibrations that are in his legs he disappears. After that he reappears in front of his opponent and unleashes a heavy punch that sends a person flying back and kills the opponent after easily crushing their heart and lungs.
