Seikatsu Shinsei is the ultimate technique of the Seikatsu Shinsei traditional art. Due to the extreme difficulty of mastering Shukuchi Seikatsu Shinsei practitioners train their whole lives developing their speed slowly over time to develop the develop the durability needed to perform it in real battle situations. To begin the technique the opponents head is first forced to the ground and True Shukuchi is then performed grinding them against the ground for a short distance. The opponent is then thrown into the air, it is not strictly necessary to use Shukuchi if the opponent is unable to stop themselves from being thrown into the air. Once the opponent is vulnerable in mid-air they are pummeled with multiple high velocity kicks and punches. Their mere movement is enough to cause an enormous shockwave to ripple through in their wake, which hits with incredible force.
