The secret technique of the Tagami Clan, once the staff is split into multiple sections it uses a series of attacks. It appears to be a combination of whipping attacks. To change the angle and direction of the attacks the weapon is wrapped around the hand or other body parts. This doesn't seem to be a very accurate attack, usually hitting everything in front of the user.
