Genki Kachū (元気渦中, "Energy Upheaval")

The Onmyoji extends their consciousness onto the area around them as they forcibly draws upon the ambient energy present in conjunction with their own powers in order to create powerful storms of pure energy that manifest as billowing azure clouds that form on the sky as they release bolts of azure lightning and violet arcs of energy. While the caster has no control over these discharges of pure energy they are very powerful and pierce clean trough most forms of defenses and fatally wound both foe and friend; the spell has a very large radius, approximately two kilometers in any direction, which further adds to its unreliability and dangerous aspects, as well as partially being the reason of the great energy output needed to cast it. The Onmyoji only needs to cast this spell for it to take effect and after they do they don't need to maintain it as it dissipates on its own.
