User spins his two tessen causing the wind to begin moving so fast that it blasts forward and move toward the opponent in a zig-zag motion. Once it makes contact with the enemy, the winds reform into a medium-sized tornado around the opponent in order to trap them before closing in on them and then starts to slice the target apart.
