User gathers chi into each of his palms separately. First hot, anger-fueled energy into the left hand, then cold chi into the right by reaching through their anger to an icy hate. User then begins to rotate them in opposite directions without letting the trailing lines of force touch, user the crosses the paths and punches opponent with both clenched fists. This creates a horizontal funnel of wind that picks opponent up and throws them as well as smashed them with the loosened rocks and rubble along the way.
